At DCC INSTALLS & SALES we have been active model railroaders for years, focusing primarily HO Scale. All of the products we sell are used on our company railroad, this way we can service your needs better. We have tried many products for our company railroad and have settled on the items we sell because we feel they are the best in the business.

Our first aim is to be able to sell at the lowest possible price and remain in business. After all that’s what it’s all about. We DON’T have an 800 number, as that costs money and guess who that cost gets passed along to? If calling us is a cost issue with you call us or email us your number, and we’ll return your call on our dime.

We prefer that once you use the check out feature of our website that you call for the EXACT shipping costs, and to see if you qualify for an additional discount. NO phony “shipping & handling” charges here. As hard as we try to keep packaging costs low we still need to add $2.00 to your shipping charges to cover things like labels and tape and transportation to the Post Office. We prefer the U.S. Post Office because they give us free priority shipping boxes and that keeps our costs down.
