In the event you are not satisfied with any of the products we will happily give you a "FULL" refund with in 30 days of your purchase (less shipping and handling). Simply give us a call on (706) 860-3768 for a "Return Authorization" number. Once we have determined the products are in good working order a Full refund will be issued. (If Decoder wires have been cut we will NOT be able to accept them on refunds).
