Shipping Charges
Your shipping charges are calculated automatically
by our shopping cart software. Your shipping charges
are calculated by using the weight of your items and
then the shipping service you have selected. Unfortunately
not all of the shippers have web based calculators,
in fact the only web based calculator is UPS.
The U.S. Mail uses internal tables that attempt to
calculate an accurate shipping charge. To keep the
U.S. Mail rates as accurate as possible we will contact
the Post Office web sites or by telephone to determine
your exact shipping charges manually.
We prefer that you contact us once you have
finished your order so we can give you the exact
shipping costs.
Recycling
In an effort to keep your shipping charges as low
as possible we try and recycle shipping materials.
We will recycle boxes, and packaging materials (peanuts,
news papers and shredded materials) to keep your
costs as low as possible. As hard as we try to keep
packaging costs low we still need to add $2.00 to
your shipping charges to cover things like labels
and tape and transportation to the Post Office etc.
Insurance & Surcharges
All packages shipped are insured to the closest
$100 of value. UPS charges us and you $0.35 per
$100 after the first $100. In addition UPS charges
$1.00 surcharge for delivery to a residence.
